I reserve online and came to pick it up my car, and nothing in there not even one. Paid for my Uber, wasted time, I have my confirmation, they said call different location which is another waste of time and money.. enterprise pls dont confirm if u can't provide.. waste of time waste of money..

My experience at the Parsippany location was a disaster. I received extremely poor customer service from the representative who checked me in. Not only did she check me in under the wrong name, but she also attempted to downgrade me from the vehicle class I had already paid for. Despite it being evident that these were her mistakes, she never offered an apology. Although I was the only customer at the location, the check-in process took almost an hour due to these avoidable errors.
To make matters worse, the car I was eventually given only had a quarter tank of gas. As soon as I reached the highway, the vehicle began making a loud banging sound and felt extremely unsafe to drive. As a result, I had to drive an hour out of my way to the Easton, PA location to exchange the faulty vehicle for a new one. In total, I lost close to half a day of my time because of the mechanical issues and the poor service at the initial branch.
While I want to note that the customer service I received at the Easton location and upon returning the car was great, it does not make up for the significant stress and lost time caused by the Parsippany branch.
Any questions I had, they answered. People were great.
I've used this location several times. Easy pick up and drop off. Cars are always clean. Highly recommend

The employees were friendly but the car was a nightmare and I didnt realized it until it was too late to go back. The tires air pressure was tripping off the sensors right away, I tried to figure it out but one of them was overfilled and I didn't know how to take air out of it. The other ones were undefilled but the only way for me to tell the pressure was if I turned the car on and off and I couldn't figure it out & didn't have a pressure gage in the car. And the tires were practically BALD upon pickup as well but, again, I didn't notice until it was too late.
The car was also filthy when I picked it up. Inside and out. The drivers seat was sticky. Carpet had sunflower seed shells on it and crumbs on the seats. I only took one photo of it when I picked it up, next time I know to take more and to actually make sure everything is in working order/clean before I leave.
The steering was very loose and the turn radius was absolutely abysmal. Parking it was a nightmare. Extremely unhappy with the car itself.
The enterprise employees at the Fayetteville Airport however were extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with and they made dropping it off very pleasant.
