Paperwork (the contract) was complete by the time I arrived at the pick-up location and when I was done, the drop-off process was efficient and professional. Once again, the Enterprise staff was terrific as it has been every time I have rented a vehicle from this location in the past (from its Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ location). Thank you again for attending to the needs of your customers.
- MRM RNov 13, 20251.0They rented me a dirty car…the first car had tire damage. We’ll see how this one goes. Not much hope… added: the car had no wiper fluid!! The transmission feels like it’s slipping. The car lurches as the speed increases and almost stalled out on the highway. The tire pressure was low on the back tires and I called them about all of the issues I just ran down and they offered to put air in the tire. I can put air in the tire myself. So, needless to say I still have the same car and enterprise is closed on Sundays, I work for the rest of the week and won’t have time to get back to Parsippany-Troy until it’s time to return the car anyway. AVOID this location if you can!!

I called three times to make sure everything was in ordered, and they still laughed when I was scammed at their Enterprise location. Rent from anyone buy them, ever, take a bus, train, or plane, but Enterprise will screw you over, their word means nothing....
