  Poor communication and poor customer service. You call asking questions, and no one ever helps or knows the answer. There is a lack of care for customer service. Vehicles are poorly maintained.

  I had the worst experiences with one of the managers there. She doesn’t give straight answers and straight prices. They agreed upon a price with me but when I sent my son they gave an insane price that I had not agreed upon. Very dishonest. And no help at all by the manager, no explanation it anything. Would not recommend…

  My auto insurance book a car from enterprise, there should be no charge to me. They gave me Small SUV by themselves and later told I was asked for. Once I know then i called my claim adjuster, then he called Baldwin enterprise, then they told I asked for it. Then I asked for Change my car , then they told no car in available as of now. Then i called again everyday to know the car as per my insurance plan, Friday they gave option for 2 door sport car and One truck and saying those are covered in you insurance. Then i asked for 4 door Sedan, that was cover in my plan, then they will call me on Monday. Then Monday I called again, they told tomorrow they will call me bec one car in Pep Boys. Tuesday 5 o'clock they told me come and pick Hundai Sonata , i reached there at 5:22 PM then they gave some other uncleaned Small SUV instead of Hundai Sonata and telling it is covered by your Auto Insurance per day plan. Please before booking car in this center please check everything, bec this [place is not reliable

  From the beginning of the process to the end, the Enterprise people made sure that my experience was hassle free and efficient. Paperwork (the contract) was complete by the time I arrived at the pick-up location and when I was done, the drop-off process was efficient and professional. Once again, the Enterprise staff was terrific as it has been every time I have rented a vehicle from this location in the past (from its Baldwin Road, Parsippany, NJ location). Thank you again for attending to the needs of your customers.
