  This Safelite location in Paraipanny, NJ was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service and the technician was pleasant and did an amazing job. Very satisfied with their services.

  The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the inability to communicate directly with the store. This is 2026 and Safelite should know that customers prefer to speak directly to people, not AI bots. In regards to the service, it was completed before promised and so far, so good.

  Tech had a bad attitude, hates his job and all he does is moan and groan. Tried to talk me into another day…had wrong parts. Awful attitude and could not do the calibration. Had to go to the office in Parsippany for that, they were great.

  Yet again, Safelite has done an exceptional job with my windshield replacement and recalibration of the cameras to the new windshield, this time on our 2025 Rivian. The project was completed in less than time than estimated, was done professionally and cleanly, and the price was fair / reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

  Rear Windshield got replaced nicely. On time. Wiper motor was broken. Was told it would take a few days to get part. My insurance authorized and cut me a check for windshield. Safelite did not confirm part receipt. I called dealer. No phone pick up. I called safelight customer care. They called dealer. Dealer said one week still. After one week I drove to dealer. They looked. Part not on order. Waiting for insurance confirmation. ??? I told them I had the money. I told them they told their HQ it would be a week. For the part. The customer service person said "I didn't say that". I explained I had waited a week for no good reason. He said they would order the part. Wait a week. No please , no apology. Wait another week? I got the part in 2 days from a dealer and took to my garage.paid $50 less for installation than safelight quoted ($149 quoted). Can't call. Cant get a straight answer. Cant get a part for 2.5 weeks. Can't get an apology? Something is wrong with this company that used to be easy and professional to deal with.
