On my latest trip, I had rented with another company as I couldn't get a one way on first search w Enterprise. I had lost my drivers license two days prior but had my legal temporary. That company refused my temporary license, so I was left to Uber from rental agency at 10 pm. The next day, Enterprise found me a car, 5 minutes from my hotel, one way to where I was going. And verified my temporary license no problem. When things don't go perfectly on a trip, the company matters, a lot. Thank you to Paramus North and Springfield Boston Road locations for keeping my trip going!

When I was dropped off there last minute, the staff was very helpful even though they didn’t have a premium car available at that time. They arranged for me to pick up a car closer to my home, but unfortunately, that location’s customer service was not very attentive or friendly. When I called back the Paramus location, they immediately helped me and got me into a premium car the next day. From that point on, everything went very smoothly. Both Mr. Anthony and Mrs. Olivia were extremely helpful, answering all my questions and making the return process easy. The customer service at this location truly goes above and beyond I wish other locations could follow their example.
