- TJTales JuniorNov 11, 20251.0I was blatantly ripped off at this Sunoco gas station. I stopped to fill up my car (Honda Accord Sedan 2017), and the attendant asked me to switch to a different pump. After that, things started to seem suspicious. I asked to fill up the tank, which was on reserve but still showed about 33 miles of range left. When the fueling was finished, I was shocked — the pump showed 18.2 gallons of gas, which is impossible, since my car’s fuel tank capacity is 17.2 gallons. This clearly shows that the pump was rigged or not calibrated correctly, charging me for more gas than I actually received. I’ve never paid that much to fill my car before. I felt cheated and robbed. I do not recommend this gas station to anyone. Always check the pump and keep your receipt!
