  I was on my way home and caught a flat coming off the parkway and Mr. Tire was still open, so I made my way there and Dave was a life saver!! He got me in right away, fixed my tire with no issues and I was on my way within a half an hour! Very polite and kind! Definitely recommend if you ever need service there!!! Thanks again Dave!

  This place sucks don’t go there, Went there to have a slow leak on a tire repaired was there for over an hour and a half and then they tried to sell me 4 tires I said just put the tires back on ( when I looked in the shop all the tires were off my vehicle when I just went there to fix one) I left and went to Quick tire in Perth Amboy and they had it fixed in less than 30 minutes for $15

  Had four tires installed with TPM sensors and I left there telling me that the sensors would work after 20 minutes 2 days later the sensors are still not working and I paid a lot of money and I'm pretty disgusted and upset I will be bringing the vehicle back to Mr tire by my local I will wait to see what they say

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location, and I do not recommend it. I went there after a tire blew out on the highway—a stressful situation—and this was the closest shop I could find. Unfortunately, the service I received made an already difficult day even worse. From the beginning, the customer service was poor. The front-desk representative, Seth, immediately tried to sell me four tires and an alignment, even though I clearly stated that I only needed a single tire replaced because I planned to take my car to the dealership afterward. When I questioned why an alignment would be necessary for just one tire, he insisted it was required, which I know is not true. His attitude was rude and dismissive. I also had to pay extra for same-day delivery of the tire, and they told me they would call with updates—they never did. I had to call three times myself to find out what was happening. I was told the tire would arrive at 5:30 PM, yet I did not get my car back until almost 8 PM. The total cost for the tire and rim was $755, and when the vehicle was returned to me, wires were left hanging out. When I went to pay, Seth attempted to charge me for an oil change that was never performed. It felt like an attempt to overcharge me. I spoke with the manager, David, who corrected the bill, but I witnessed Seth yelling at him for adjusting the price properly. I don’t know if Seth works on commission or if he assumed I didn’t know much about cars because I’m a woman, but his behavior was unacceptable. Even the district manager Jason who took my deposit promised a discount, which I never received. I called him twice afterward and never received a call back. Overall, the service was overpriced, communication was nonexistent, and the customer service was extremely poor. I will be sharing my experience with friends, family, and my social media contacts so they are aware. I genuinely hope this location improves its service standards, but as of now, I cannot recommend it.

  Extremely disappointed with Mr. Tire. They charged me $500 for a single tire that every other shop quoted between $180–$210. They promised it would arrive the next day, but it didn’t show up for three days. When I questioned the massive overcharge, they told me they would remove $86 from the bill — and then never did. This place is dishonest and overpriced. I will never return, and I strongly suggest others avoid them as well.
