I didn't need a tire rotation yet, just new brakes. Rob and all the gentlemen are extremely polite and courteous. The bathroom was also pretty clean and had paper towels.

When I arrived, the staff claimed they "couldn't see" Amazon appointments in their system. Instead of trying to be helpful, they were incredibly rude and forced me to wait six hours. My 11:00 AM appointment didn’t actually happen until 5:00 PM. It is clear there is a major breakdown in their booking system and an even bigger issue with their customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

This place also rotates tires on a Tesla car. However, they no longer repair flats for any EV tires which have foam in them. In other words, they will not repair the silent type of EV tires. John is a great guy here.
