I told the guy I want specific oil viscosity that's recommend for my car My paperwork said another oil viscosity. Also there were three gaskets on my oil drain plug? When the guy was taking off my plastic oil cover it took him foreve looked confused just a 22 Camry I left very concerned and I noticed my engine was louder and my MPG was going down so I followed my instinct and did another oil change with the right oil. I don't know if they hire a bunch of young guys and pay them cheap with no experience or I just had bad luck. I hate to write this review but you don't put in the wrong oil without even getting my approval and when the customer confronts you you lie and say that's the right oil the paperwork is wrong.
