If you don't directly ask them, then pricing is not on the website, not on a poster in the office, nor explained before you start. I tried to call ahead, but only got the corporate answering machine. Otherwise their online scheduling service said they were clear all day with services "Priced in Store, TBD." Tire Mounting came out to about $50 per tire. That's almost 3x the price of most mechanics in the area. They upsold on the alignment ($120, dealership price), and called to ask if I wanted more services done[promptly declined]. The "itemized" receipt did not show tax or the adjustments that were made, so I don't know if they actually did anything or kept the car for 2 hours longer just to say so. There's supposedly a 90-day warranty if the alignment feels bad. Judging by this experience and other reviews, I'm inclined to take it to another location. One reason I'm skeptical, is because the receipt also said the car had 18" wheels for 17" stock rims, and tires that clearly say R17.
