  I was given a car that had been used previously by someone who contaminated the vehicle with skunk weed smoking. When I arrived the windows were down I assume to air it out. They did not clean out the interior only took it for an external wash and told me it would dissipate and they would give me a discount upon my return. My spouse and I took in for another wash as his thoughts were perhaps someone had run over a skunk and the undercarriage required cleaning. This was not the case. I went to my mother's 80th birthday with my new hairdo smelling like skunk weed. I called and asked for the same vehicle exchange for Saturday morning and was promised it would be there. When I arrived it was not and I had to sit and wait as they tried to clean and deodorize the interior for and hour. It was better for about two hours but as the car moved and the heater was turned on the smell returned more sickening than the first time. I needed that particular car for an event on Sunday, but my husband and decided after I vomited not to expose anyone else and dropped off the vehicle on Sunday and put keys in the drop box return. Ruined a weekend I will never be able to replace nor my reputation to my mom's friends and I didn't get to ride my 3 year old grandson to the birthday party on Sunday. Worst experience ever and your staff did not see it as an issue.

  was here early last month, and if every place operated as well as they did the whole world would be better for it. they went out of their way to give me excellent service when they didnt have to, even the folks in the back were super kind and helpful. thank you all so much
