I had just leased a new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport (my first lease) and the staff at Lester Glenn couldn't have been more accommodating. They were very informative and easy to talk to during the entire process. I was in the mindset to walk out with a car that day though was blissfully unaware of the steps. Thats where Mo came in, Mo is a wealth of knowledge and didn't for a second try to push me in any direction and let me make my own informed decisions. All of the staff I met with were super friendly including Dino who broke down the paperwork step by step. Overall, it was a great experience and I couldn't be happier with my decision.

After calling, which I thought was the local number for Lester Glenn in Ocean Township, and speaking to someone to book an appointment for possibly the next day to replace a tire. Not repair but replace. I told the gentleman who is booking the appointment the exact make and model and size necessary for the tire I needed. I was told "no problem" and I was given an appointment for 945 at the Lester Glenn service station in Ocean New Jersey where I had purchased the car. Getting there at approximately 9:30, I checked in and then proceeded to the waiting area, about 50 minutes later Daniel (who checked me in) Came out and said that he apologized but they did not have the tire in stock. I proceeded to tell Daniel that I had called yesterday told them all the information about the tire. Daniel apologized again and told me that there was a possibility of the tire getting in in the afternoon but he couldn't guarantee it. Then, he asked me if I would like a ride home, I accepted. Then proceeded the text messages back-and-forth from "Steve" who apparently is the manager of the service department. As of today, Tuesday, October 14, I am still waiting to get my credit back on my American Express because Steve said that he would credit the labor for my inconvenience. When I received the bill I had to call him back while he was in the car being driven back to Lester Glenn, because he did not specify that he was only going to be taking the labor amount off of the mounted tire. I called him out on it, telling him that he did not specify which labor but only said LABOR! At that time, while he was being driven back to Lester Glenn, he said fine I will credit back ALL the labor. I'm still waiting for Someone to contact me from Lester Glenn to give them more information and, by the way I still have all the text messages back-and-forth from Steve! Unfortunately, him telling me about crediting back the labor was verbal and not in a text message!
