The rental was perfect and everyone was super courteous, friendly, and helpful. This is why Enterprise is my first choice and favorite car rental company. When I stopped in before the rental to ask about renting a Palisade, Steve made sure he understood what I needed and he made it happen. The whole process was very pleasant with absolutely no surprise costs or misunderstandings. While I was at the location, I saw other customers also getting taken care of very professionally. Steve runs a great branch.
