  This was the worst service experience I have ever had. I made an appointment to get my brakes looked at. When I was advised I needed brakes I told them to go ahead and do them but I needed an ETA. The front desk rep, Noel told me 1.5 hours. 2 his the most. I can back 2 hours later to my car on the lift and no brakes. Noel explained he was waiting for my brake pads that were coming from another store and that they would be there in 15 minutes. I waited almost 2 more hours with no explanation other than it was not HIS fault that the pads were taking so long to get there. Noel was so rude, impatient, and actually embarrassed me in front of another customer. I have never been so humiliated in public before like that. And for something that's not my fault. I actually asked them to stop working on my car and just put my old brakes on and I was going to leave because I did not trust them to touch my car anymore. Noel was making comments and gestures that were extremely rude and condescending. I feel like they probably did something bad to my car just out of spite. I will tell everyone I know and don't know that Mr Tire is the worst. Point blank. If they had tried to remedy situation I might have felt slightly better but the fact that they do not care and did not follow up says it all.

  Went to get my tire plugged the guy at the counter tells me it can’t be plugged. Due to it being in the sidewall. The nail was in the center of the tire no where near the sidewall. Then he proceeded to try to sell me one tire at 368 dollars. I’m guessing because I’m a female he thought he could get away with it. Glad I didn’t even bother to ask him for a quote on my front tires. I went directly to another shop where they plugged the rear tire and put two new tires on for under the price of one tire over there. Absolutely ridiculous. 368 for one tire an all I wanted was a 20 plug. Glad it all worked out for the business I went to after trying to be railroaded by Mr tires. Guess he was thinking oh a female we can get over on her. Not days boys.
