  Mr IAN at Oaklyn NJ office. Extremely helpful. Professional, friendly and willing to help me ( as i arrived in this office afterI had a bad experience at the black horse pike mt ephraim nj office) Result is i now want to remain a Mr Tire customer

  Replaced ignition coil/spark-plugs and the P0365 light came on meaning issues with camshaft. This generally happen when the ignition coil is replaced which is clearly on them. That light wasn’t on when I came in. Now they tell me they cant fix it. On top of that 6 ignition coil and 6 spark plug cost me about 1.5K and the issue still not resolved. I felt like I got robbed. Out 1500 and the car is not even fixed. If I weren’t in a hurry to get home because of a storm I’d still be there for them to make it right. High price and unreliable service that damage your car rather than fix it. Not even sure if these ignition coil or spark plug will hold up until I drive it more. Terrible! 3 red flags 1. They never gave me a list of parts or code they found wrong in their so call $200-250 “diagnostics”. Conveniently that would have been proof that they were lying and they did in fact pulled my cam shaft wires giving it the error. 2. Replacing parts without showing the old ones (or proof they were bad) Trusted repair shop will show you without even being asked. 3. Very inflated price. $1500 for spark plugs and ignition coils? I only paid because I just wanted to get it done right away and I came across the shop. Yet they could NOT get that done correctly. *edit* After talking to manager still terrible! Came in talked to the manager and all he said “my employee told me this” instead or taking out documents proving themselves innocent. They messed up my camshaft replacing the coil but keep saying the issue was already there. Where are the cameras? I was never told prior to the service about the cam shaft because that problem didn’t exist. The Spanish guy at the front desk keep saying he did but that’s laughable because WHY would I spent that much money if they weren’t going to turn off the check light engine off?!?! The manager is a tool and is spineless. “My employee said this…” and that’s proof I’m wrong? What? Where are to documentations? What kind of store manager is that? Taking his words over mine with no documentation of that diagnostic. All diagnostic should give you a list of codes that is on the vehicles prior to the service. You diagnosed my car for $250. Where’s that code on the report? NOT THERE Stay far away. Way too expensive and they don’t know what they are doing. Your car won’t be fixed and you will be out of hundreds or in my case thousands. This place is a scam. Toilet wasn’t even flushed either. That tells you all you need to know. This is your first and only warning. Stay away from this dump. They will wreck your car even further and will not take any responsibility. I hope this place close down. Red flag all over the places. If you know little to nothing about cars, they will rip you off.

  My experience was great. Noel was the service writer who helped me with the purchase of a new tire. Service was excellent, everything was done quickly and efficiently. The whole transaction was smooth, no problems. Would highly recommend Mr Tire Auto Service.

  I had a 7:30am appointment. I didn’t get out of there until 2:30pm. The new store had me sitting there knowing that they didn’t have the part in the store. I asked several times if the part was there and he keeps saying you’ll be done shortly. He was very rude and disrespectful when I asked questions. I never with thought this with Ron or Todd. They were always honest and straightforward. I at Mr. Tires one a week do to the transportation company I have.

  Almost had to reschedule due to a website issue but the staff figured out a way to get the tires and we were able to keep the appt. I appreciate their extra effort - plus they were very understanding (and sang very well ;) ). Highly recommend.
