- AZAlan ZwerlingFeb 11, 20265.0I replaced a car battery. Jenn checked to see if it was still under warranty without me even asking her to. Luckily it was still under warranty, she tested the new battery and my total amount of time there was less than 8 minutes.

He went in bc it’s the closest to his college and he has been having battery issue so as soon as he was able to get his car on he went there. To our surprise he was told that they couldn’t change it for him bc it was below temperature. They were able to go outside and test it (after the manager sent a worker bc he didn’t want to do it). We are from out of state so we really didn’t know what to do. I then called the store and asked for to speak w the manager and he told me the same story. I proceeded to ask what kind is customer service was that. He the told me to go next door to the other auto store!!! I guess he did not need the business. I even said “ what if an elder person came w no other help u wouldn’t help???” He said “no” that really shocked me. I had my son take his car somewhere else but hard to believe this.
