Made an appointment on line for 8am next day. They took me in immediately and 2 hours later, I had 2 new tires, an alignment and they discovered my brake fluid was never cleaned out at the required 30k miles....shame on my dealership (especially since i was there twice in February). Thanks, Zach and Lana for your great customer service. Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car...he knew his stuff for sure.

Waited around for an hour just to be told they wont work on my vehicle just because it has wheel spacers. What a joke. Went to Pep Boys and they took me in no issue and ensured spacers wouldnt be a problem. They were just as confused that I was declined service. I was going to purchase new tires from here as well. Your loss.
