  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire on landis. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the different tire options and helped me choose the best one for my car and budget. I was really impressed with how quickly they got me in for an appointment, and the work was done efficiently. They even checked my alignment and topped off my fluids without charging extra. Also notifying me about safety issues on my car. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the quality of service. Highly recommend Mavis for all your tire needs! And a BIG THANK YOU ZACK AND NATE

  What’s the point of making an appointment? Truly, I need an honest answer. Set up an appointment at the beginning of the week, 9 am Saturday. Get there 10 minutes early, ask for a rear windshield wiper blade and to replace the passenger side rear blinker bulb. Ask how long this should take, “40 minutes”. That’s absolutely fine I can go to the ShopRite right behind it and kill two birds with one stone. Lemon squeezy right? Nope. I get back after an hour and the car is 10 feet high still. 50 minutes later (1 hour and 50 ish minutes total so far for those counting) my car is finally ready. Oil change, wiper blade… then I ask about the blinker… wasn’t done. Back in the waiting room I go! So they popped the bulb out and put it back in and it’s functioning correctly now. No charge for this is the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars, because they were honest. My only take away from this experience is if you need an oil change, better come with 2 cars and just go do anything else other than sitting and waiting an absolutely gratuitous amount of time. Drop your car off, come back whenever you feel like it. For anyone that doesn’t have that luxury? SOL. Either wear your walking shoes or bring a pad to sit on and enjoy the next 2+ hours of 90’s sitcom reruns in the waiting room. Word of advice to other would be customers? Get full synthetic so you can get an oil change less often.

  I wish I could give them even more than 10 stars. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They explained everything clearly, gave me honest recommendations, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The prices were fair, the service was top-notch, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and ready to go. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days, but Mavis delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Initially, I was quite frustrated with the wait time, as I tend to be a bit impatient. However, Zack, one of the staff members, reassured me that they prioritize doing the job right for every customer, which is why I had to wait a little longer. When Nate and Zack took a look at my vehicle, they discovered that some of my front-end components were loose due to previous work done at another shop. They were transparent about the issues, showing me exactly what was wrong. Zack was particularly concerned about my safety and emphasized that leaving with a potentially dangerous vehicle was not an option. To help me out, he offered a discounted rate for fixing the issue, which I greatly appreciated since I couldn’t address it in full at that moment. They managed to fix the problem in just 20 minutes and completed the alignment shortly thereafter. To top it off, they provided me with a three-month guarantee, allowing me to return for a re-alignment if I encountered any other issues during that time. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Mavis, and I will definitely return for any future needs. Their commitment to customer safety and service quality truly sets them aside from other local businesses!

  Really great customer service replacing my tire. I had encountered a flat on 55 Southbound and I called in advance since I was waiting on AAA to be dispatched. They assured me that my tire was in stock and they would be available to complete the service. When I arrived, service was quick and the employees were kind. The type of kind you need after being stuck on the side of the highway! I really appreciate it!
