Awhile back, Zack (and another mechanic whose name I unfortunately can't remember, I'm so sorry) helped me with a messy suspension issue that involved damaged sway bar links. I'm far from a car-girl, but Zack and his team knew exactly what they were looking for (based on my terrible imitations, bless) and explained it to where I genuinely understood the problem AND what the repair would entail. What really stood out to me though? Knowledge and honesty. I've been suckered into countless unnecessary upsells, extra diagnoses "that have to be done before you leave the shop," and confusing repairs in shops, because again, not car savvy. Zack did none of that. Just laid out what was wrong, what we'd have to do to fix it, priced it fairly, and didn't treat me differently for my lack of knowledge. Two years later, I've never found a better shop that matches this team when it comes to expertise, friendliness, pricing, and turnaround time. That is RARE in today's world, y'all. Highly recommend this shop if you want work done right by people you can trust. I'd give 100 out of 10 stars if possible.
