  I've used Mavis for new tires before, but this time with Zack as the manager in charge has been a wonderful experience. Mavis not only does tires, but whole wide range of services. This trip Mavis saved me $600+ over the dealership that had found the problems originally. Zack ordered my parts and got my car scheduled and everything went like clockwork. I can't say enough good things about my experience. A big thanks to Zack and all the mechanics!

  I went there for a wheel alignment and had a great experience. The mechanic was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. My car drives much smoother now. I definitely recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and professional.

  I've been a Mavis Customer for years and probably spent over $10k on tires for all my vehicles. I made an appointment for tire repair under their warranty for 9am this morning. An hour after they took my car in, I got a long explanation on the inspection they did, why I need new tires, a brake flush, alignment, and other services. I asked about the tire repair and was told they did not look for the leak because I need new tires. Over an hour to find out they didn't even check what I made an appointment for and needed. Could have been five minutes and "sorry we can't fix that, did you want to talk about new tires?" but instead it was over an hour and then a condescending response from the employee following the sales pitch. I know it won't matter to their profits, but I'll never go back and warn anyone away from Mavis on W Landis in Vineland.

  Please avoid this place. They are robbing you blind. Just to get 4 tires installed, and an oil change a few months ago costed me almost $600! And I supplied the tires. They also charge $40 to patch tires absolutely crazy. Dealers and local tire places charge $16 to patch tires. Oil changes if you look around can easily be bundled at the dealer for less than $70! And they charged me like $150!! I can get 2 oil changes at the dealer for $145!

  I originally went to this location on Landis greeted by a gentleman that was working the front desk, I told him I bought my tires about a year ago, and I understood that there was a warranty on them because I had a flat tire and already had a donut on my car, after an hour wait he told me it couldn’t be patched and the best thing he could offer was half off a new tire because the tread was under a 5 and it was going to cost me $150 which I bought four tires for $90 a piece and every time I go into that location I always feel as though I’m getting ripped off and upsold so I told him to put my donut back on my car and I was going to get a second opinion which the next day I went to the location in Millville that gave me EXCELLENT and quick customer service despite coming in 40 minutes before closing. To my surprise they showed me where my leak was and told me it couldn’t be repaired which thank you for at least showing me where it was, then they informed me the tire was under warranty so it was going to be free all I had to do was pay for labor so thank you Millville Mavis!
