  After what I can only call a misunderstanding between us Cole and the dealership went out of their way to make things right with the situation They worked hard to make me happy with my purchase and the whole situation at hand it was unfortunate but I have to say I am very happy with them and I will return as a customer

  Jay nos atendio super bien tuvimos un problema con el computador de un Nisan 2020, desafortunadamente una persona inexperta en programar la llave lo quemo he hizo un gran daño el carro... Que pena Jay tuvo que hacer muchas cosas para nosotros y estamos muy agradecidos por toda su gran gestión "Aveces los huimos a los dealer pensando que es costoso pero más costoso es ir con personas inexpertas"

  I recently had to replace my first car and while I thought it would be overwhelming, the team at Generation Nissan was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Steven was a wonderful salesman who was charismatic and attentive. Luis did an outstanding job at helping me stay within my budget while getting me the car of my dreams. I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. Definitely check out their used car inventory, great selection at great prices!

  I recently leased a brand new Nissan Murano from Generation Nissan and had an amazing experience working with Steven Jones. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered all of my questions without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was his professionalism and genuine care for making sure I had a great experience.   I had a great experience at Generations Nissan. Steven on the sales team was knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through the features on my test drive, answered all my questions, and accommodated a last-minute color change without hesitation. Sales manager Cole was instrumental in putting the deal together and making sure the numbers worked in my favor. Shawn in finance rounded things out by walking me through all the terms and payment details with patience and clarity. It was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had.
