When they tried to correct it, the replacement was mounted inside out, with the “inside” label facing outward. This isn’t just careless — it’s dangerous. An improperly installed tire can seriously affect handling and safety. It’s unacceptable that a tire center would overlook something so critical. We’ve already paid for labor, but now have to go elsewhere to fix their mistake. We will not be returning.
