  I took my car to have the battery replaced. The two gentleman at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They explained how much it was going to cost to replace the battery. They were also fast. I waited less than an hour to have the battery replaced.

  I needed 2 tires replaced and Eric and team got everything done in a matter of a few hours on a busy Saturday without an appointment. I was initially told that the tires needed to be ordered and would have to wait until Monday, but they ended up having someone drive down to Bridgewater to pick up the tires so I could get my car back that day. I truly appreciated their exceptional service and quick turnaround- you can tell they care about their customers.

  I had a great experience with this Mavis Discount Tire location. My aunt needed new tires while she was out of town and specifically asked me to bring her car here, even though there were closer locations. I accidentally scheduled an appointment at a different Mavis, but the team handled it seamlessly and transferred everything over without any issues. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The service was quick, and while I was waiting, I saw them help another customer by checking his car without trying to upsell or charge for unnecessary work. Now I understand why my aunt insists on this location—honest, hardworking team and great service. Highly recommend this crew.

  The customer service at Mavis Tire at North Plainfield, Rt. 22 was phenomenal. Collins, Eric and the team did an excellent job on the maintence on my vehicle. They took time to explain what was needed, and didn't push to have things done that were needed. I will be returning.

  I went in for a simple oil change and left with one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. First, none of the standard items that come with an oil change were completed. Second, when my car was returned to me, the engine light was on. I later found out that a sensor wire had been cut during the oil change. Mistakes happen, and I was extremely understanding at first. But the way the situation was handled afterward was unacceptable. It took the manager over a week just to pick up the replacement part from Mercedes-Benz. There was no sense of urgency—despite the fact that their technician caused the damage. When I asked for timely help, I was told they were “too busy,” so I scheduled an appointment. On my third visit, the manager told me, “I can’t work on your car and answer the phone,” as if the inconvenience and damage were somehow my fault. There was no offer of compensation for the multiple trips, my time, or the gas I wasted—only a repeated statement that the repair would be “free,” which is the bare minimum considering they caused the problem. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone who expects professionalism, accountability, or basic customer service. Manager “collins” promised refund, 2 oil changes, reimbursement for time and travel because of my negative review. Not because they appreciate me as a customer. I received absolutely nothing!!
