- JRJessica ROct 14, 20255.0I have been a loyal customer of Mavis for many many years, I usually take my cars to the one on the corner of Rt 22 & Mountain Ave in North Plainfield but this Saturday they were unable to provide my service as one of their machines were down and they called Ray (store manager) at another location and he was happy to help me. This Mavis is located on the corner of Rt 22 & Watchung Ave. At first, I wasn't happy that I had to go to another store but that feeling quickly changed once I walked into Ray's store. From the moment I walked in until the minute I left I was treated with such respect and kindness. Ray was very honest with me and actually took me in the garage and showed me the work that need to be done instead of just telling me what I needed and that went a long way..... Honesty & Integrity!!! I agreed to get everything done so Felix (great guy!) worked on my car and I was out there in no time. I got an oil change, filters changed and front breaks done and I waited only a little over an hour. I was so pleased with the service and treatment that I received from Ray and his team that I will now be using his location for all future work. Thank you Ray, Felix and the rest of the team for making something everyone hates to do into a good experience!! Jessica Ayala
