  I had a great experience getting my tire alignment done. Ron at the front was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. Really appreciated the service!

  Ron was was phenomenal and very courteous. I was greeted upon arrival although there was a line of people ahead of me. The line moved expeditiously. The tire was patched and repaired in short order without an appointment. Thanks for the flexibility and premiere service

  Rod and Khalil were outstanding. They made the entire experience feel smooth and professional from start to finish. They were proactive in tracking down the exact tire I needed, completely transparent about pricing and shipping, and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication, attention to detail, and overall customer service truly made me feel like a valued customer.   618 Rt 22. Purchased 4 new tires and warranty about 2 months ago. Returned about 2 weeks after due to nail in tire and was told that i need another new tire. In addition to purchasing my 5th tire, I had to repurchase another warranty as well. Two weeks after, I went back due to car being wobbly. Two tires were not balanced. Mind you, this was supposed to be done already. Today, went to 588 rt 22 due to car still feeling wobbly and was told that 2 tires were not balanced. They stated that if I wanted it done there I had to pay $25 for each tire or I could go back to the North Plainfield Mavis. Mind you, I have the warranty and I was told that it could go to any Mavis. Went back to North Plainfield and mgr said the other shop could have done it at no cost to me. Now I call the other store and spoke with the non-chalant mgr, Collins. He says he is not sure what happened. I go back to speak with Eric(employee) and he stated that his mgr Collins told him to tell me I had to be charged. Wth were they trying to scam me or just didn't want to balance the tires. Now I am waiting to see if Regional Dir, Crystal, gets backs to me. No way a customer should have to keep returning to get tires balanced and then sent from store to store to have it done.

  I had a great experience at Mavis. They checked out my car, gave me a good deal on the repairs, and even dropped me off at home since I had to leave my car there. Later, they picked me up when my car was ready. Communication was awesome, and the overall service and customer service were top-notch ~ especially from Khalil. I highly recommend.
