The “managers” are rude when you’re just trying to figure out items for your own car. Forgive me for not knowing every single part code to my car but there’s no need to be rude or have an attitude with customers. As I work in the car sales business in the area I know customers should be treated and they failed every metric and it’s a shame to have to steer family, friends and clients away from a business in the area. Enter with caution but don’t expect to be treated well.

They take your number and ask you to come back the next day. They never called me to come back, i had to return on my own. Then once im in the store they leave me waiting to take care of all the other customers before telling me they will not honor a replacement. Very rude employees.
