  These guys are amazing! I visited the Mavis location in Monmouth Junction to get my tire plugged, or replace the tire altogether. Come to find out I didn’t even need a plug or a replacement tire, I just needed a valve replacement & they replaced it FOR FREE. Yeah! I said it! For free! Thank you Mavis, for your extraordinary Customer Service experience. I want the world to know how amazing you guys are, & how you went out of your way to accommodate me free-of-charge when you absolutely did not have to. My score of this place is 11 out of 10 stars. Great people. Great Service. If you are in need of a tire-fix/replacement, definitely pay Mavis a visit.

  My car broke down on the I95, had my vehicle towed there. Excellent service from the team and the communication was great. I live an 45 minutes away and his will be my new mechanic shop.

  I called the customer service number to book an appointment and was quoted a price that was much lower than the actual cost. I feel like it was a bait & switch. I’m not sure I will return to Mr. Tire in the future. Otherwise, the service was satisfactory.

  I was traveling through this city and got a flat tire randomly. Went inside, business as usual, got quoted +$300 for one tire for my car (it had to be weight rated, heavy car). I had no appointment, arrived as a walk in, was seen within the hour, the tire dudes checked my car out and determined there was no hole, spontaneously the leak stopped. It could not be explained. He came back to me and said no work was done, no charge. This is the kind of high integrity shops we should be doing business with! They could have just sold me the tire and been on their way but he took the time to assess it and determine there was no issue. I appreciate these guys. I hope good things come to you.

  Came in to change a bulb. Was in and out in a short amount of time and always receive excellent customer service
