- MMMinh MaDec 27, 20251.0I wanted to pick up a 4WD but was given a sedan due to the Canada policy. I took the sedan and things started going wrong immediately. I was given the wrong car, my key battery was low and was replaced after I addressed it (but it shows that they don’t check their cars before giving them to customers). As I started driving, the right rear tire’s pressure started to drop. I had to stop at a gas station 5 times total from NJ to Canada to fill the tire up with air. I filled up the tire to 43 psi and would be able to drive 1.5 hour before it goes back down to 24 psi. In addition, I drove on the day when we expected a winter storm across NJ, NY, and Canada. The car did not have de-icer to help melt the ice on the windshield. On top of everything, the windshield wipers were so worn out. They never replaced the windshield wipers. I had to replace the windshield wipers to be able to have better visibility to continue my trip. I called enterprise and have been put on hold for the past hour.

Multiple vehicle swaps due to availability and safety issues, including an EV losing battery while parked and a replacement car with brake problems. The location manager, Joe Cuzzolino, was informed of serious safety concerns but denied a safe replacement while giving sedans to walk-in customers. Customer safety was clearly not a priority, and the manager became aggressive when asked valid questions, including why his employee denied me a car that was clearly available. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told my account would be put on hold and someone would call to discuss the issue. No one ever did. Misleading, unsafe, and unacceptable service.

Joe took it upon himself to keep me updated and made me feel like a valued customer. Definitely going to be coming back for future rentals.
