We were traveling from NY to NJ for family funeral, on our way home yesterday the car we had started to have some issues, we called customer service they told us to head over to the enterprise and they would help us trade out our vehicle so we couldn't leave. Today we were helps by a very sweet young lady I forgot to get her name she was very attentive and made sure we were able to get on the road back home trading out the vehicle we came in for another one. We're so thankful
