    I’ve visited this AutoZone many times, and unfortunately my experiences have been consistently negative due to an employee named Maribel. Her attitude toward customers is often rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I’ve been ignored, spoken to abruptly, and made to feel unwelcome. This behavior seems ongoing and intentional, not a one-time issue. I’ve also witnessed her speak disrespectfully to other customers and coworkers. It’s disappointing, especially since other employees here provide excellent service. Management should seriously address this situation. Customers deserve basic respect.

    I am a frequent customer at this AutoZone because I work in a repair shop and come here regularly for parts and returns. Unfortunately, for several months now, my experience at this location has been consistently negative due to the behavior of an employee named Maribel. From the beginning, her attitude toward me has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. On multiple occasions she has ignored me completely, helped other customers who arrived after me, and spoken to me with clear hostility. This is not an isolated incident — it has been happening repeatedly over months and now feels personal. At one point, I calmly confronted her to ask what the issue was, and her response was to yell at me, saying she “hadn’t eaten,” which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Most recently, during a snowstorm and cold weather, I went in to return a defective alternator that I had purchased the day before. She yelled at me from across the store, “NO RETURNS,” without even asking why I was there or what I needed. I am not the only customer experiencing this. Other customers and people who work in auto shops have expressed similar complaints about her behavior, including condescending treatment, humiliation, and disrespect, even toward her own coworkers. This is especially frustrating because there are other employees at this location who provide excellent, respectful service and truly deserve their positions. This situation has become extremely frustrating and discouraging. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or disrespected when simply trying to do their job or make a purchase. I hope management or corporate takes this seriously and contacts me, because this level of behavior is unacceptable and does not represent AutoZone’s standards of customer service.
