He was incredibly polite, helpful and Dedicated. I went in for a battery change not knowing the first thing about changing one myself. Thankfully Mario helped me find the correct battery but also installed it for me; as well as teaching me step by step along the way. Mario is truly an employee who goes above and beyond. Ps: Will definitely be back when when in need of maintenance for my car.

I didn’t have any tools on me, so I asked about buying pliers , instead, she went to the back and let me borrow tools to remove the battery. I swapped it out, started the car, and was back on the road in no time. Excellent customer service from start to finish. A+++
