Isaiah is the store manager and you can truly tell by the way he runs the store and supports his team. From the moment I walked in they were welcoming professional and extremely knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing me out the door. It is rare these days to find customer service that actually feels genuine but Isaiah and Tyshawn truly care about helping people and it shows in the way they work. Because of them this location stands out and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this AutoZone and especially Isaiah and Tyshawn if you want great service and people who really know what they are doing.

After another AutoZone location in Bergenfield refused to assist me with replacing my battery, Ronaldo stepped in and went above and beyond to help. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the correct battery was installed, and handled the replacement efficiently and with great care. This level of customer service truly made a difference, and it’s employees like Ronaldo who set AutoZone apart. Highly recommend recognizing him for his excellent service.

The experience was very different compared to other locations in a good way! I was out quicker than usual and gained knowledge about my car and what I would need in different scenarios! Amazing experience!
