  Talk about being stuck in a jam. The team at mavis was able to tackle a difficult situation that I had with my tire and RIM. I called out of nowhere. Dropped off my tire and came back to find them trying everything they could to get this tire on the RIM. At the end of the day they were able to get it done for me and showed me the loyalty is still valued and there are people that care about their customers.

  Rich and the rest of the Mavis staff were extremely kind and helpful when I brought my car in for brakes and tires. They took the time to explain all options and helped me find a solution that was safe and financially reasonable. I’m very grateful for the quick and effective job they did to get me back on the road.

  Huge shoutout to the team at Mavis Tire for absolutely turning a bad day into my lucky day! I was towed in with a flat tire pretty close to closing time on their late night , fully expecting to have to figure out how to get back there tomorrow from an hour away to pick up my car—but instead, they squeezed me in without hesitation and took care of everything quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly and clearly committed to helping customers, even at the end of a long day. They got my tire fixed and had me safely back on the road that same night. It’s rare to find service this accommodating and genuinely kind these days. Super grateful for the extra effort and awesome service—these guys really go the extra mile (even when it’s almost quitting time). 10/10, would highly recommend (just maybe don’t test their closing-time heroics like I did) Highly recommend!

  I had a sudden flat tire today, and thankfully this Mavis location was nearby. I stopped in hoping for assistance, and the staff could not have been more helpful or understanding of my situation. Rich, in particular, was incredibly reassuring and made sure I knew they would take care of everything quickly so I could get back on the road as soon as possible. The entire team was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain my options. I really appreciate the excellent service and support during a stressful moment. Thank you all—I will definitely return the next time I need my car serviced!

  DO NOT GO HERE! I went in and got an alignment, 2 tires replaced, and checks for multiple potential issues. They told me I needed to get all break pads and rotors replaced (which was true), a new battery, and new shocks. I took my car to another place after the first fix for my tires and they told me that the battery was completely fine and I did not need new shocks. I would have spent hundreds more on things that were not necessary. The guy at Mavis lied to my face and attempted to appear genuine. He even knocked off $50; probably in hopes I would come back and spend hundreds more on things I didn’t need. The other place I went to told me that this is the third car they had in the past 2 weeks that Mavis said needed new shocks. They are running a scam on customers just to make a few hundred more dollars at our expense. They fixed the problems I came in for, but if they say you need more work done go anywhere else to get them fixed and checked to avoid being scammed.
