- SDSusie DeJong2 days ago5.0I wandered into Auto Zone Newton today when my windshield wiper broke during a rainstorm. Neilly was quick to help me. She helped me find the rate blade for my vehicle...then...she came outside with me IN THE RAIN to help me put them on my car. While putting blades on a car might be an easy task for some, this was an old car, not my car - and I had never done it before. With her help she had me on my way in no time! ABOVE and BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would like to add that she offered to come outside and show me - and she genuinely seemed like the wanted to help! Thank you Neilly :).

- KMKaren MillerNov 5, 20251.0I walked in there this afternoon asking for someone to check my battery and possibly replace it. 3 women standing at the register, one says to someone named mark “can you check a battery?”, no I’m leaving and I have a delivery”, the women’s response “we’re leaving too” replying to mark….needless to say, I walked out since no one, out of the 4 people ON THE CLOCK, would help. I took my business elsewhere, I suggest you do too.
