I wanted to donate clothing so I decided to do that first and pulled into where the donation drops are. I didn't realize there was an Advance Auto next door at 40 Hampton House Road in Newton, NJ. I asked if they could scan my battery. The name on the receipt is James Edsall. He was so helpful. He scanned my battery and my starter and alternator. Explained EVERYTHING and showed me the computer results. He answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge. Didn't pressure me. He was TOTAL customer service and beyond. I've been having some difficulties recently and I am so thankful that I bypassed two Advace Autos and met this man. I work in retail also and know it can be difficult. This associate should be commended on his patience, knowledge and being a complete professional.
