  This location is a great location to rent. Shout out to Donovan, he took care of me and my family, despite the people in the parking lot. The manager was amazing as well. We came in on a late night flight, and Donovan and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Donovan deserves a major token of appreciation!!!

  This location is really terrific! It's so easy to get to from Terminal A. The class of car that I rented wasn't available so the manager, Jason Alejos, took care of the situation immediately, offering an upgrade to a BMW X7. Needless to say, we were okay with the situation. Then, upon leaving the checking point, Damir, made sure that we were 100% taken care of and welcomed us with a smile. Overall, it was a truly pleasant experience. And, as someone who rents 10+ times a year, for over 80 days in a year, we've seen it all. We will definitely rent from National for any of our Newark travel... and beyond!

  I was charged for a gallon of gas about 3 minutes after dropping the car off. The tank was full— and filled up 2 miles from the airport. No way they even checked. They are clearly just milking a few extra bucks out of their customers. Ask to see your receipt before walking away. Really unfortunate business practices.

  Recently had an issue with American changing my flight to Philly causing alot of issues! The team at National was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my experience wasnt soured by an already bad day.
