  LAZ is one of the worst operators and they are grossly incompetent. If you call their supervisor his name starts with an O. He either yells or hangs up in your ear. He is disrespectful to women and thinks he does not have to answer his patrons messages or calls. Their is no service. These people are never around and according to their own employees, the LAZ app does not work. I have experienced it. If you dont mind walking 3 block. There is a lot on Ferry and Congress Streets, that offer a much better deal. $10 a day for a 10 hour stay. I told O. to his ears I will be making posts and encouraging others to go to safer lots. I can even confirm burglaries, stabbings, and deaths all on or around their property. Nothing is done because they dont have dedicated employees you can see on site. Or who care to talk with their customers and try to solve the issues. I will say One Newark Center staff has helped very much and is very accommodating however its not the garage. The company will see this and ignore the comments. Dont trust LAZ with your vehicles. Please dont. It could be your last moments honestly.

  I work in One Newark Center and pay $283.42 for a monthly subscription to park here, there's no deal for tenants. The license plate reader works like half the time and I'm stuck calling support and waiting for someone to open the gate when I come in and leave. Drives me crazy, for that price everything should work...

  Terrible payment system. I paid using my phone as requested, charged me $13.61, and told us we had 15 minutes to exit. However, we then sat in 16 minutes of traffic getting to the exit and were forced to pay an additional $13 to leave, making my total nearly double what it should have been. Never use this garage

  I wanna sure this place! August 13. Stuck here for over an hr. Care not moving at all. No assistance. Never parking here. Save your money. And don’t park here.

  So it was my first time in the NYC area. Wanted to self park so I chose this garage. It’s crazy how many bad reviews you see on these parking garages but I had an excellent experience. Love the secured parking. Came up on July 4th. Was there from 8:30a to 2am the next morning and the garage was locked but I called the number on the garage and Mark answered and was there in just a few minutes. He also answered all my questions. I recieved great service. I’ll definitely be using this garage anytime in coming up again. Also it only cost me $35. I was really expecting it to be more since I just used my credit card and knew the prices start over at midnight.
