  Never parking here. RIP OFF. I parked my SUV and they changed $33!!!!. They told me the regular price is $14.50 and an additional $15 for SUV. Please tell me why when my SUV - Mercedes 450 takes up the same space a regular car takes up. There is absolutely no reasoning to charge this ridiculous fee! I now park right across the street in a nice garage for only $10.49 all day!!!. Look at that difference. Never again will you get my money and i hope those reading this stay away from this craziness. Pure greed!!!! I understand you want to make money and thats fine, but you have gone over the line.

  SCAM!!! We printed out our receipt as the email stated to do. We pulled in and showed it to them. I asked "Is this the correct place" and he said no. Drove around 3 times. GPS still led us there. We ended up paying another $40 to park somewhere else. I asked at the Prudential Center where Icon Parking was and it was in fact the same place so they just wanted to free up a spot and charge us. Lousy, greedy people.

  Dp not park your car at this place. He will try to rip you off any other way he can. I parked my Chevy Suburban and paid online using apps way.com. Everything already stated in the apps regarding car type, plate no, colour etc... and I paid the amount according to what has been specified, which is USD13 for a period from 8.15am till 7.00pm. I came to collect the car at 5.05pm the same day. To my surprise, the manager of the carpark said I owe him USD10 because I overstayed. I showed him the booking that I still have 2 hours. Then he changed topic that I still have to pay extra USD 10 because that chevy is considered oversized. I told him that I already paid everything according what has been specified in the apps. He would not give me back my key. Not to argue longer, I just paid the requested amount. But THIS IS THE LAST TIME I PARK HERE

  Cheap and convenient. Wife and I have been parking here for nearly 2 years and have had no problems.
