I was honestly hesitant to rent because the car selection is usually disappointing, but Jason, the branch manager, completely changed that experience. He was professional, courteous, patient, and incredibly accommodating—he even set me up with a luxury SUV that was a pleasure to drive. I can be a tough customer, but Jason handled everything with patience and efficiency, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team here reflects his leadership and commitment to great service. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and this location truly stands out. I highly recommend them.

    The new location in Newark/Rt.21, is terrific! So are all the employees there. In particular, Jason. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has everything they need for a successful rental experience.

    Man the experience with the rental process was impeccable, all the employees there are very professional and the entire process is people friendly. After purchasing a car from enterprise sales im very impressed with both sales and rental departments. Enterprise in Newark near the Belleville border and sales in Elmwood Park New Jersey my salesperson Mike i appreciate you and your knowledge of cars its been 2 years and my 2023 nissan altima is running great just like you said. I highly recommend these two places of business đź‘Ś 2025 Honda Civic sport i enjoyed her so much
