  I work in One Newark Center and pay $283.42 for a monthly subscription to park here, there's no deal for tenants. The license plate reader works like half the time and I'm stuck calling support and waiting for someone to open the gate when I come in and leave. Drives me crazy, for that price everything should work...

  Terrible payment system. I paid using my phone as requested, charged me $13.61, and told us we had 15 minutes to exit. However, we then sat in 16 minutes of traffic getting to the exit and were forced to pay an additional $13 to leave, making my total nearly double what it should have been. Never use this garage

  Took us over 1 hour to get out because exit gate was not working. NEVER park here

  I wanna sure this place! August 13. Stuck here for over an hr. Care not moving at all. No assistance. Never parking here. Save your money. And don’t park here.

  So it was my first time in the NYC area. Wanted to self park so I chose this garage. It’s crazy how many bad reviews you see on these parking garages but I had an excellent experience. Love the secured parking. Came up on July 4th. Was there from 8:30a to 2am the next morning and the garage was locked but I called the number on the garage and Mark answered and was there in just a few minutes. He also answered all my questions. I recieved great service. I’ll definitely be using this garage anytime in coming up again. Also it only cost me $35. I was really expecting it to be more since I just used my credit card and knew the prices start over at midnight.
