- TTTimDec 18, 20254.0Parked for exactly 2 hours and they charged me the full-day rate (attendant said they can't change it on the machine). Sent an email to the manager with my receipt and was refunded the difference in <10 minutes. Attendants were nice though. Thanks for the fast service (even if this problem shouldn't have happened lol)
