  Event parking! Avoid at all cost... Park further and walk... This place will have you waiting 1 hour to get out and then the gate won't work even when you paided already.. Don't worry the manager is just sitting there doing nothing to facilitate making sure everyone is good to go..

  Do not park here, especially not through a pre-paid app. Normally your bar code gets scanned on entry and you take your ticket and that’s it. Not here. I waited in line with hundreds of other cars trying to leave 2 exits for about an hour. No lot attendants helping with traffic. When it was my turn to leave, I was told I had to back up, and go back to another location to verify my pre paid barcode!?? Where was this other location! No signs, no direction. I paid again at the gate - how was I to back up through about 50 other cars to get to this mystery location. Even if I didn’t have a prepaid ticket, I wouldn’t park here. Figure out how to work with apps or don’t use them at all. Seems like double dipping to me. I’ve also parked in less commercial lots that can figure out app parking.

  Terrible service ..the worst parking lot I have parked in..the staff had no idea how to get the cars out of the lot I was stuck in the lot for over 1 hour..very rude and poor management..it took me longer to get out of the lot then the actual show was that I seen in the Prudential Center..They should give back a refund was definitely not worth the money.
