The entire experience was less than satisfactory. We reserved a compact SUV at a specific rate, and Enterprise even called us the day of our reservation to confirm our arrival which we did. However, when we arrived, the vehicle we reserved was not available. We were forced to switch to a larger, more expensive vehicle, and Enterprise did not honor the original rate or make up the price difference. Because we had already Ubered from the airport and were on a tight holiday schedule, we had no realistic alternative but to accept.
We were given a Mazda CX 30. Right when we stepped inside the car it smelled like a port a potty, LITERALLY. We told the polite worker (he was just doing his job) and he sprayed it down with something to mask the smell (did not really help). Gas tank was only 3/4 full when we picked up the car.
While driving to Vermont, we encountered a snowstorm and quickly discovered the car had no windshield wiper fluid, making the drive slow and unsafe. The vehicle was also not equipped with basic winter necessities such as a snow brush or ice scraper.
Overall, for such a new vehicle, the lack of proper maintenance and preparation was unacceptable. Between the misleading reservation practices and poor vehicle condition, I would not recommend this Enterprise location.

The fleet of vehicles have diminished over the years to the point where one may feel unsafe driving long distances in the vehicles. For example last rental a jeep wagoneer with well over 54,000 miles. I took the vehicle and. Brought it right back. This go around since I always rent a full size SUV which needs a major credit card and on top of a major credit card a $300 deposit. I thought $300 deposits were for debit card rentals but anywho, I specifically advised this location and employee NO WAGONEER. What was waiting for me to pick up?! A wagoneer. Oh and the employee stated i put a note in the system for no wagoneer when i booked the reservation, I asked the gentleman who didn’t have the enough customer training or simple education to say you’re welcome when I cancelled my reservation, sir was there a note about NO WAGONEERS? Nope nothing he replied. Thank you enterprise for making my future rentals with HERTZ. At least they say thank you, you’re welcome and listen to their customers.

My experience with Enterprise was excellent, amazing customer service from The staff made the pickup process fast and quick. The car was very comfortable and I definitely recommend this rental.👍👍👍👍

Horrible service. Firstly, when you expect business to be busy, why don’t you staff up accordingly?? I had to wait for 1 hr to get my car, primarily because of the wait time and secondly because my car was not clean and ready!! The representatives were very unresponsive and chilled out.
Again, when I came to return my vehicle. On a monday itself, they again were staffed out, and were working on one customer for more than 15 minutes. Making return customers like me wait for an hour to be attended. Very very unprofessional.
Also, during pickup when the car was cleaned, it smelled funny. When I asked them why, they said it was their cleaning product 😂😂. When I asked them to switch me with another full size, they said we don’t have one and will go you a compact sedan instead?? Like seriously???
They had compact suvs (the next product in range) standing out there. In my previous experiences with any enterprise all across the US, they always switch you to the next best car but here they were forcing me either stay with the same car or get switched to a smaller car for the same price.
I am truly disappointed by their service. I had to pay 20 dollars extra per day to switch to a compact suv and the best part, that was also cleaned recently but didn’t have their “cleaning product” smell!
Will never visit this branch ever again!
People who had to return their cars were standing for more than an hour. We all had to get back to work, but the desk was empty
The only saviour was Jason, the manager. The other two folks were terribly slow and ignorant. Should really look into their behaviour.
