  I had an excellent experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car at 1 Raymond Blvd. in Newark, NJ. Diego provided outstanding service—he was professional, courteous, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I got the right vehicle for my needs. It’s rare to find such great customer care these days, and Diego truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this Enterprise location. They clearly overbooked during the holiday season — when we arrived, there were five people ahead of us in line and no cars available. We were unable to get our rental on time and ultimately had to cancel our reservation. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

  I had a very great experience and I highly recommend this location. Maria was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole rental process and made it a very pleasant experience for my family and I.

  If you’re arriving by train at Newark Penn station this rental agency is perfect. The staff was very helpful and the car was ready to go when we arrived. We are very pleased with our experience with Enterprise Car Rental and will choose them again in the future.

  Super convenient to Newark Penn but make sure you allow extra time if you have a train to catch— only one person working so waited more than 10 min while she went somewhere to get a car for someone in front of me. Also, my car had some sort of greasy splatter smearing the windshield and the rear view mirror that I couldn’t see until the sun hit it, while I was on the highway. Had to pull over and buy windex.
