I was short on time and had an emergency because the battery in my car key had died, and I needed to move my car urgently since it was parked in a spot where they were about to start work. From the moment I walked in, his service was terrible. I showed him the key, and he told me I should have opened it myself, that he couldn't. I usually go to the AutoZone on Harrison, and the people who work there are always very friendly. He clearly didn't know how to open it; he didn't have the right tool. Instead of helping me, he went to another register to start ringing up someone else. When I finally managed to open it in my desperation, I showed him the type of battery, and he said, "Oh, I don't have that one." This young man's attitude was awful. I really don't plan on going back to this place. As employees, you should be ready to help the customer, but in this case, it was the complete opposite.
