It was confirmed in person at the desk that I would get to keep the same rate if I extended. They refuse to refund the difference. They’re impossible to get a hold of Wheni looked at the new rental agreement it was “already signed” with my previous signature but the rates we’re different I have written and time stamped versions of both the original and new rental agreement. Idk I haven’t ever been duped by a rental car company and not gotten the difference refunded. I also think its disgusting to be taking advantage of customers CHOOSING your company. Read the fine print Triple confirm Stay away from Alamo at EWR. *** to follow up / I did content numerous times today… 1/3 Also it says to contact store but when I try to it sends me to customer service so thanks for resonding here but doesn’t help ….

I looked to see which company was highly rated at EWR and Alamo came out top; I can totally see why. The staff are fantastic - really good customer service. Gail at the desk was so helpful. Decent car in good condition. Highly recommended.

And the rep who received the vehicle gave me excellent service. Renting the vehicle was comfortable as well as returning it. Their policies make a whole lot of sense to me than other places. I highly recommend them and at this location. Wonderful service.
