- JNJ NApr 2, 20261.0Never going back there again. It took these guys 1and a half to do an alignment. Mind you I got 4 tires in the morning i was told i might need an alignment. I really don't, after he showed me the paper low and behold its on the margin which could pass still pass. Now what piss me off is the guy in the front straight up lied about how long they had to heat up the tie rod just to break it loose. I was pissed. Guess they didn't know I was watching they start 30-40 minutes after I got there. Never again. As a mechanic it take me no less than 20 to 30 minutes to setup and get the alignment done even when I have to apply heat to the tie rod. Im done with these people. I only go there cause I don't have a tire or alignment machine.
