- JSJaena SigueOct 29, 20253.0** I received $10 off in exchange for my review** Went there due to air leaking from front passenger tire. After returning home, they called me tellling me they could not locate a leak and that the car was fine. They said they checked everything and it seemed fine and that they reset the sensors. Upon returning to pick my car up, I happen to look at my car and the exact tire I was telling them about is FLAT. I ask the manager to come out and look. He acknowledges it’s flat but also says they didn’t see that/notice any problems with this tire (??????). So then I wait an hour for them to take my car back and within 90 seconds of it being on the lift the problem was diagnosed. Lol. When I ask why it wasn’t noticed before they just shrugged. I understand there’s no point in arguing at that point. They tell me the only thing to do is replace the tire. Which I do. Upon driving off with the new tire i realize the alignment is off. This is not the worst experience ive had at a tire shop but honestly it’s par for the course. Do not expect very high quality here or at any other tire shop. It will be ok at best and hopefully you will leave with your car in one piece and not having been totally assaulted on the price side.

Without inspection they made made me purchase a brand new tire that cost $492. Waited 3 hours and then left. Immediately after leaving the establishment I was losing air again and when I reached my destination my psi was 15( supposed to be 42) Went back to the New Brunswick Mavis come to find out that my rim was cracked. They fixed the rim and I asked to put my old tire back in my car and they said it was two spots the tire was losing air from. I didn’t need a new tire and was neglected by the technician and had me drive off in a very unsafe vehicle after they purchased it. I asked for my money back for the new tire and they started making up stories and the regional manager Gus Chavez didn’t even investigate my issue. I wish there is a way to further complaint but DO NOT GO TO MAVIS ON RT 27 next to Taco Bell in New Brunswick.
