We just got a half foot of snow dumped on us, first of the season, and the tire shop was very busy but they were courteous and helpful. I was able to get everything replaced and get on the road within a couple hours. I waited on-site and got to see them also help a number of other customers, and they were gracious, patient, and calm. A lot of stress going around between the snowstorm and the holidays and unexpected expenses, so it was really nice to see. I also really appreciate feeling helped matter-of-factly without any attempts to upsell me on things I didn’t really need at this time. Honestly that might be a first for me, and it makes it so much more likely that I’ll choose to go here in the future. - Return visit was incredibly quick, friendly, professional. Was able to leave the car overnight for an issue that cropped up after store hours, got a call first thing in the morning that the car was ready to go
