  Intoxalock operates like a company that survives by taking advantage of people who have no choice. Every step of the process feels engineered to squeeze more money out of you, and they hide behind policies that change depending on who you talk to. I stayed compliant, paid every bill, and followed every rule. It didn’t matter. They still found new ways to charge me. The device threw a completely ridiculous reading after I attended a normal barbecue with zero alcohol involved. Instead of support, they slapped me with fees and acted like the machine is flawless. It clearly isn’t. Now that my time is finally up and the device is supposed to come off, they’re suddenly inventing “new requirements” and dragging their feet on the same day it’s scheduled for removal. They are quick to take your money, but when it’s time to do their job, they hide behind excuses and mysterious “policies.” This company is predatory, unreliable, and absolutely ruthless about taking every dollar they can. They do not care about accuracy, customer service, or fairness. They care about keeping you trapped in their system as long as possible. I was reading through the comment section and every time someone complains they give out a 1800 number and an apology. I called this 1800 number and they just gave me Run around and put me on hold for an exotic amount of time. Do not put yourself through this if you have any alternative. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered, and I wouldn’t recommend them under any circumstances. Miss Francesca 🫶🏽, a supervisor, has been the best part of my entire experience with Intoxalock. She was helpful, patient, and effective. If you need support, I recommend asking for her by name. Your issue will likely have a much better chance of being resolved.

  This company is a complete rip off i was only to have this thing in for 90 days at the 90 day mark the games started up all over i called to find out what i had to do for removel and was told a bunch of differant things like i had to wait for DMV in trentonto send me paper work now couple months pass i called trenton they in formed me thats not true that intoxalock had to send me compliance letter now they said in april they would send it i never got the email so when i first started with this place i had so many problems i put up a. Bad review then got call from this i guess he was a manager his name was Daniel he finally got things fix but now i have been calling him on his direct # now i have been calling him for the past 7 months with. No call back but they want me to pay more each month then i was suposed to pay cuz iam on Disabilty so i was suposed to pay 6.40 every 2 weeks now iam told i have to pay its now 375.00 before anything please keep your eyes open because they willcharge what they think they can get away with like i said in my first post i had 1 agent tell me to pay what bill says or i dont drive my car its like low grade exstortion this place should be looked into so look into diff comp i was told to call 7 on my side for helpq cuz my car brock down and i cant find a machanic to even look at my car aslong as the unit is in place so now my car has been sitting for 7 months and intoxalock will do nothing to help but they will keep putting charges on your acount plz watch your acount
