This company is a complete rip off i was only to have this thing in for 90 days at the 90 day mark the games started up all over i called to find out what i had to do for removel and was told a bunch of differant things like i had to wait for DMV in trentonto send me paper work now couple months pass i called trenton they in formed me thats not true that intoxalock had to send me compliance letter now they said in april they would send it i never got the email so when i first started with this place i had so many problems i put up a. Bad review then got call from this i guess he was a manager his name was Daniel he finally got things fix but now i have been calling him on his direct # now i have been calling him for the past 7 months with. No call back but they want me to pay more each month then i was suposed to pay cuz iam on Disabilty so i was suposed to pay 6.40 every 2 weeks now iam told i have to pay its now 375.00 before anything please keep your eyes open because they willcharge what they think they can get away with like i said in my first post i had 1 agent tell me to pay what bill says or i dont drive my car its like low grade exstortion this place should be looked into so look into diff comp i was told to call 7 on my side for helpq cuz my car brock down and i cant find a machanic to even look at my car aslong as the unit is in place so now my car has been sitting for 7 months and intoxalock will do nothing to help but they will keep putting charges on your acount plz watch your acount
