When I went to install the headlight, I opened the package and immediately saw it was incorrect. I was denied an exchange because the package had been opened. I understand the need for return policies, but this was a mistake on the sales associate's behalf, not mine. If I need to verify my own parts, why even bother offering to do it for me? Not trustworthy, nor accommodating.
