  I called 30 mins before closing wi the an issue with my tire, they told me come right in, inspected my tires and replaced it, will definitely be back. Customer service is great

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Max! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with my over-inflated tire and made sure I understood everything without feeling rushed. What really stood out was his positive attitude—he had a smile on his face the entire time and made me feel like family, even though it was my first visit to this location. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Max if you stop in!

  This place is horrible. I came in because of a nail in my tire hoping to get it fixed and even called ahead of time to make a quick appointment to see if they’d be able to accommodate me. They made me an appointment, told me to come in, and when I get there I am promptly told that they could not get me in because they were closing soon and still had many clients ahead of me. I understood that it would be tricky finding a shop to help me out knowing it was a Sunday afternoon around 3pm (with most shops closing around 5-6pm), however, I did my due diligence by calling before showing up and even told them over the phone that there was a nail stuck in my tire and if this was something they could manage today. It was a waste of time coming here! All they did was walk out to my car, look at the tire and proceed to explain that they would need to “look at it” in the shop in order to see if they could fix it but yet they had no availability. Your company should answer their own phones instead of utilizing a call center to make appointments that your shop can’t fulfill. I drove 10 minutes down the road to another shop, they got me right in, removed the nail and fixed the tire within 30 minutes. Don’t waste people’s time if you can’t get the job done, especially when they give you the common courtesy of explaining their situation over the phone, and as it turns out it’s embarrassing your shop can’t manage to fix a nail in a tire when it proved to be a simple transaction. Also, I should add that they proceeded to say this exact thing to 2 other customers there that also had tire issues. One being an elderly lady, who they should have accommodated at the very least for her own safety. Literally the worst place I’ve ever been. Do better
