Despite the fact that they were busy, they took the time to talk to me right away to discuss possible issues and solutions. Then they diagnosed and even repaired the problem without me having to drop off the tire or wait until my appointment time. Staff was very knowledgeable and professional.

I feel like they pulled a fast one on me. They upped the price of the tire as well as added more fees and taxes. I went to them because, according to online totals, they were going to be less expensive than other locations for the exact same new tire and installation. They ended up being a good amount more expensive, even after I showed them the email they sent me with my online total. I don't like the bait and switch routine.

Nothing like that here No options were given to me. They took my keys and told me how long. I normally pay 50ish for an oil change for the car. I decided to see what happened The total was $89 so it must have been the most expensive option. I understand there are recommended options for your car. But to not give or show any options and likely charge the most expensive one because someone didnt ask seems lame Suppose an elderly woman goes in for an oil change and is hoping to save a buck and doesnt ask about options or anything. Guess they are just stuck with whatever theyre given. To be fair I could have asked for options. But to not ask the customer what type of oil change they want or let them know about any other options or even lack thereof is lame.
