I'm not sure how it is going I only drove a few miles after the work was done.wuen I first arrived at the service desk the guy was out of it . And had poor customer service. But othere then that a had a phone call from them when I returned the call to see if My servo was completed the guy asked did someone call you. Then I goy named Christian got on the phone and started to talk about me needing a new battery, first of all I had only went there to replace 2 tires. Never asked anyone to check my battery. Was never giving any reason to check my battery. They should of never went under my hood for anything. I.never gave permission for anyone to touch anything under my car hood, trying to upsell? I feel violated. What the hell I went here for tires nothing else. I.wll never return here again and will tell friends family, or anyone. Will tell people to neverTo go here this place has shady practices. I I hope they didn't tamper with anything under my hood. To get business. . please don't go here I tried to support a local business. Please don't go here .they had no right going under my hood for anything. Upsell bully's. Tried really hard on the battery. I just realized there is a lot of bad reviews for this location I can see why.

Max went above and beyond our request, taking photos and spending the time with us to explain his findings. An excellent experience, highly recommend!
