    I’ve had such a great experience working with my Ford salesman (Ben) that I had to leave a review. This is actually my second (going on third) vehicle I’ve leased through him, and that alone says everything. He’s incredibly hardworking, always professional, and consistently goes above and beyond for his clients. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just wait for you to come to him—he regularly checks in, keeps you updated on the best deals, and makes sure you’re getting the most value possible. The entire process is always smooth, stress-free, and transparent. I never feel pressured, just genuinely taken care of. If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly looks out for your best interest, he’s your guy. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

    I had a great experience working with Orhun at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured. What really stood out was his attention to detail and patience throughout the entire process. Whether it was explaining features, or making sure I was comfortable with my decision, Orhun made everything smooth and stress-free. His honesty and transparency gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, easy to work with, and truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend asking for Orhun. He made the whole experience enjoyable and I couldn’t be happier with my new truck.

    I should’ve known after spending 7 hours at the dealership the first day that this was a horrible choice on my part. Fast forward to over three weeks later, I still do not have my car, and the experience has only deteriorated from there. Andrew in the service department refused to communicate with my insurance company, even going as far as to say to me they were a pain to deal with. Instead, he did absolutely nothing. While stringing me along for days. Talked to Nate in sales, incase the car was not able to be fixed, and while I didn’t think the situation could possibly get worse – it was obviously just the beginning. Nate offered to help mitigate the radio silence, yet he did the same exact thing! Never tried to help and even crossed the line on several occasions from a business transaction into something else. Management was made aware and ironically, now no one can converse with me. Speaks volumes as to how their customers – current or potential – are valued. In a nutshell, 7 hours at the dealership, +3 weeks of having no car, spring break vacation ruined (was going to drive, but can’t do that with no vehicle!), over +$200 so far out of my own pocket spent on rentals – not even including the deductible I am expected to pay – and their idea of restitution? One weekend of a rental. One weekend. Been without my car for over three weeks due to their operational deficiencies, and that is all you offer? I think there was more concern given when I said even if I were in the market to buy a car, I would never buy one from this place. Jacob has done his absolute best in trying to fix the damage (which was not his fault – making that clear) but too little, too late. I deserve more than a rental for one weekend, so Nielsen Ford – ball is in your court. Responding to the comment: I know my car was not purchased there. Was never part of the underlying issues so please stop with that narrative. I spoke to Rick yesterday and as far as I am concerned this issue is closed. But please don't shift the blame to my car being purchased elsewhere when you know that was not the driver to the other issues.

    Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with Nielsen Ford in Morristown. I scheduled a service appointment after calling about a loud squealing noise when braking and explained that this needed to be addressed before my husband commuted back to work. I was given a Saturday appointment and assured the issue would be taken care of in time. When we arrived, there was no record of our appointment. We were then told they don’t typically perform diagnostics, which directly contradicted what I had been told when booking. Despite clearly explaining the issue was brake-related, we were told we would face a $219 diagnostic fee if it wasn’t. With limited options, we reluctantly agreed. We were ultimately charged nearly $300 for what we were told was simply applying “brake lubricant.” We were also told that if the noise returns, they would then know what to do. That is not a repair, it’s a temporary measure, and completely unacceptable given this is a safety-related issue. Even more concerning, I contacted management directly to resolve this and received no response. We are now in a position where my husband has to drive back in a vehicle we do not feel confident is safe. This entire experience, from the missing appointment, to inconsistent communication, to charging hundreds of dollars without resolving the issue, to ignoring a customer complaint, reflects a serious lack of accountability. At this point, I am requesting that Nielsen Ford take responsibility for this situation, properly repair the vehicle, and address the charges incurred for a service that did not resolve the problem. Until then, I cannot recommend this dealership.
