- MMMcmotosports McmotosportsNov 13, 20251.0I want to start by the ladies that work in this office are nice and quick! now the 2 guys i just dealt with are the worst and liars as a person who rents all year long i know how enterprise works better then them...so i had to return my unit at some point today because matt told me he had a customer waiting for the unit and i didn't return the car in time! well matt put them in a different car smh... so anyways when i got to the office i asked matt why did i have to bring the car back and why i couldn't rent it longer he then changes his tone telling me i could rent it longer but a hour before you were telling me you needed me to return the car... then he tells me i have to call him to extend my rental which is a complete lie !!!!!! you can extend with the app and 1800 number i dont need to call you!!!!! as for the other guy i am pretty sure matt trained you because you both like the same!!! stay far away from this enterprise
