Called twice this morning and spoke to a woman there at 9am to confirm they had the vehicle I requested to rent for the month at a substantial rate. I spoke to a woman who assured me the vehicle class I wanted was arriving by 11am, called back around 945 am to confirm yet again, was given the same confirmation, and promised a call before my appointment time. At 1130 this morning I walked into the store. Matthew the Branch Manager simply brushed me off and told me they didn't have the vehicle and that it was not in stock anywhere. When I brought up the fact that I confirmed twice with the female employee, his response was, "Well you didn't speak to me!"" and tried to push me into a smaller vehicle class for the same amount of money. Classic bait and switch garbage. Now just waiting to speak to someone higher up in the company who is useful enough to place me into the vehicle I requested.

I have been renting cars for over 25 years across 6 different countries, and I have never experienced such wonderful and friendly service as I did from Jetta and Natalia behind the counter of a car rental company (I hope I have their names correct). Jetta even upgraded my vehicle just because, which was a wonderful surprise. The only thing that would have made it even better is if I had been able to try one of the home-cooked cookies that were being raved about that was shipped in overnight by one of their fathers from somewhere in America.
