I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Morris Plains Automotive today. Tony & Tony are great, as are the guys who work with them. This is an exceptional operation on many levels. Tony and Tony are very professional, kind, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. They analyzed my issue and took quick actions to remedy the situation. I felt very comfortable dealing with everyone here, and that is not always the case at an auto repair shop. The guys are honest, trustworthy, caring and straightforward, attributes you don’t always find at an auto repair shop. This is the first time I have used Morris Plains Automotive, but it definitely won’t be the last. If you have any auto repair needs this is the place to go. I guarantee that you won’t regret it.

An auto shop you can trust.
Tony and his crew are amazing! They do everything they can to accommodate their customers, and are friendly and kind no matter how busy they might be. Tony and his family have been servicing my cars since the 1980's. I still come down from Boston to get his expertise! So appreciative for this shop.

Emergency Tire Repair
After noticing I had a screw in my tire - I went to Morris Plains Automotive to see if they could help. Took me immediately and plugged my tire. In and out in 20 minutes. Professional and speedy service. Will use in the future for my car repairs/ maintenance instead of going to the dealer.

The worst place to take a Toyota that u didn't buy there, they always tried to charge for everything when u have a Toyota warranty, pay at front even if you have warranty. They will always send u back to that dealership that you bought the car from. The (service)person red hair guy, looks like a Viking sucks in his service and always with an attitude towards Hispanics with white girls as accompany. Be careful racism still applies with the Viking guy.
