- JRJacob RumpfSep 14, 20172.0Initially was told via email that I could pick up the truck at 7:30 AM. While setting up the reservation on the phone it was pushed back to 11:30. The morning of the move I was called and informed I wouldn't be able to pick up the truck until 12:30. Arrive at 12:30 and I'm informed the driver was in traffic and should be there shortly. At 1:30 I have the truck and am able to start moving. The 12 ft truck handled fine and everything else went smoothly (I was able to drop off the truck after hours at a separate location with ease), but it was annoying having a move get delayed by 6 hours.
