My recent purchase at Volkswagen of Salem County was a great experience. Lena and the team are a pleasure to work with. Lena couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire transaction. Start to finish there was no pressure at all and made the buying experience stress free and easy.

I have leased/purchased 3 vehicles total now from VW Salem County. Their communication is convenient, efficient, and always helpful! I have had pleasant experiences with all of my vehicle transactions; Derek and Mike have worked with me to get me into the Jetta, Tiguan, and now the Atlas. Thank you to the team for my new car and all of your help in the past!
Been coming here for service for a few years now for my ID4. Scheduling service has always been frustrating as there is only one tech available to do repairs on it, and I oftentimes ended up bringing it in or scheduling for days when they weren’t working (this was never reflected accurately on the online scheduling portal). Most recently, I came in for an issue with my AC not working. I was once again informed that the tech wasn’t working that day and I couldn’t have the issue looked at, but they could do my routine maintenance and reschedule my repair for the following week. The routine maintenance was completed, and everything was marked as in good condition (despite letting them know that the AC wasn’t working…). The day before I was supposed to bring it in for the AC repair, I got a call letting me know that the tech was backed up with other jobs, and I’d have to wait another week before they could look at my car. I decided to take my car to another VW service center to have it looked at instead. When they inspected it, they found that the refrigerant was COMPLETELY EMPTY, contradicting the inspection report I had received from VW Salem less than a week prior saying everything was good (including refrigerant levels). They found no leaks, so it is impossible that it somehow completely drained in less than a week. The advisor from the new service center, to paraphrase, said he had no idea how they could have gotten any sort of reading on the refrigerant since it was empty. Thankfully everything else was in working order, but I no longer trust the service department at VW Salem, and I’ll be taking my car somewhere else.
